Becky is an award-winning keynote speaker, Workplace Culture Advisor, and host of The Resource Podcast, specialising in psychosocial risk, mental health, and leadership in high-pressure industries including mining and corporate environments. She works with organisations to strengthen culture, improve psychological safety, and equip leaders to have the conversations that directly impact performance, retention, and safety.

Becky is the recipient of the Women in Industry Excellence in Mining Award and a finalist for the Australian Podcast Awards, CME Champion of Women in Resources Award, and Mentor of the Year. Through her podcast and onsite delivery, she has reached thousands of workers from frontline teams to senior leaders, bridging the gap between policy and real-world behaviour.
