Becky grew up in Northern England in a working-class family where resilience was a necessity, and mental health struggles were carried in silence. A move to Australia left her parents isolated and under immense pressure, until their relationship broke down. Seeing the impact of unspoken struggles shaped her passion for connection, empowerment, and change.Becky transforms lived experience into action, using her journey, from witnessing violence and surviving sexual assault to leading industry-wide conversations, to break silence, challenge toxic cultures, and empower others to find their voice.

What you can expect to learn in a workshop with me
Ownership - without this, we blame, hide and shame to create safety within ourselves.
Values - without these, we don’t know our expectations of ourselves and others. This leads to resentment, frustration, isolation, avoidance, and blowups.
Boundaries - the importance of being aware of and communicating then infecting boundaries
Communication - how to communicate your values and boundaries respectfully to ensure others are aware of your expectation of their re behaviour.
